Our board is led by President Elizabeth (Lisa) Bischoff, Treasurer Pat Sullivan, Secretary Shequan Smith, and board member Ginelle Orozco. Together, they guide our mission and champion second chances for the youth we serve.

Elizabeth (Lisa) Bischoff is President and founder of Heal Revive Thrive, drawing on her journey from hacker and engineer to convict turned healer to inspire transformative change. Her strategic vision and passion for holistic wellness guide the organization’s free fitness, mentorship, and life-skills programs to empower every individual to heal, grow, and thrive.

Patrick (Pat) Sullivan, CPA, serves as Treasurer for Heal Revive Thrive. With a background in public accounting and deep expertise in tax law and nonprofit compliance, he guarantees our financial integrity and stewardship.

Shequan Smith is Secretary of Heal Revive Thrive and the founder of Mentally Ill Custom Printing, where she elevates mental-health awareness through custom-printed apparel and gear. Her entrepreneurial drive and local roots in Colorado Springs help ensure our programs are both community-centered and mission-focused.

Ginelle Orozco is a board member whose impressive career spans business consulting, bilingual training, and diversity-&-inclusion leadership. As a passionate Latina leader, she helps us build equitable partnerships and craft programs that truly serve our diverse community. word for it.
